Exams...-_-.......and TORTURE!!! and a pen.

Hello people! Today we had 3 exams. 1st science. It was OK la.I am sitting behind Jason Wee! Cool eh? Yes it is because I get to disturb him! I had this idea! I took my pen, clicked it and Jason starts wiping his back. Magical? No. He thinks its stapler bullets. I attacked him a lot the day before. So the clicking of the pen sounded like a stapler! Its soooooo funny to see him wiping his back all the time! English objective was normal and I kept on clicking the pen. English subjective was the funnest. We tortured Jason like mad (me, Mei Ting and Priyangka) 1st, I clicked the pen lots of times. He kept on wiping his back and hair! Then Priyangka threw Jason's box with pencils in it to his head. A direct hit! Mei Ting said he saw Jason almost crying+laughing. Then Jason put his hand into my desk. How rude! So when he put his hand in, I grabbed it! HAHAHAHAHA! soooo funny! While I was pulling, Mei Ting was pulling his sleeve. He was dying! soo fun!

Hello people! I am so bored. I am practicing my English skills as I have an English test tomorrow. Haha. No la. I am just sooooo bored. But talking properly is s fun! (I guess?) OK I will talk proper English. Today, we had a Mathematics exam. There were some questions that very confusing. So far as I know, I've got two wrong. Two days ago, we had two Bahasa Malaysia tests. Penulisan and Pemahaman. The tests were OK. ARRRGGHHH! I am done with this English crap. Thats all folks!

I got passes to see Chelsea train! It was damn boring sadly. Couldn't even get autograph. Hopefully Malaysia win. HAHA jkjkjk. draw hopefully. Thats all!

Over the weekend!

Over the weekend, i went to study wif frens. REALLY! i studied wif aaron, jason chia, robyn, and megan. We studied science then BM. Can you believe it? A person as smart as me has to go study. Blah. Haha! Oh well, at least im smarter now? After studying, we went to play football at the park. Sadly, Jason went back oredi. so it was 2 on 2. We randomly picked teams. So, Aaron team wif Robyn and I team wif Megan. -_-'. OK. Anyway, we won 4-3! haha. On Sunday, I went to watch War of the Dragons. Graphics very cool but storyline not so good. Anyway, ANYTHING THAT IS CRAP IS TYPED BY MY SIS OK ???

The Osgood-schlatter disease!

The reason I am wrinting about this is because I have it on my right knee. so STOP asking me why me knee got bump and why ok?

Osgood-Schlatter disease (also known as tibial tubercle apophyseal traction injury) is an inflammation of the growth plate at the tibial tuberosity, and is one of a group of conditions collectively called osteochondroses. The condition is named after the American surgeon Robert Bayley Osgood (1873–1956) and the Swiss surgeon Carl Schlatter (1864–1934), who independently described the disease in 1903

Causes
The condition is caused by stress on the patellar tendon that attaches the quadriceps muscle at the front of the thigh to the tibial tuberosity. Following an adolescent growth spurt, repeated stress from contraction of the quadriceps is transmitted through the patellar tendon to the immature tibial tuberosity. This can cause multiple subacute avulsion fractures along with inflammation of the tendon, leading to excess bone growth in the tuberosity and producing a visible lump.

Symptoms
Pain and swelling directly over the tibial tubercle is most common. Point tenderness is noted on examination.
Pain is aggravated by loaded knee extension activity, especially activity with power or impact characteristics. Symptoms may occur with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as walking and using stairs.
The symptoms usually resolve with treatment but may recur as a new episodes until skeletal maturity, when the tibial epiphysis fuses.

Treatment
Diagnosis is made clinically,[5] and treatment is conservative with rest and simple pain reduction measures of ice packs and if required paracetamol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. The condition usually resolves in a few months, with a study of young athletes revealing a requirement of complete training cessation for 3 months (on average) and gradual resumption of full training by 7 months.[6]
Bracing or use of plaster of paris to enforce joint immobilization is rarely required and does not necessarily give quicker resolution.[7] Surgical excision may rarely be required in skeletally mature patients.[8]
After symptoms have resolved, a gradual progression to the desired activity level may begin. In addition, predisposing factors should be evaluated and addressed. Commonly quadriceps and/or hamstring tightness is present and should be addressed with stretching exercises. Training factors such as intensity and repetition should also be evaluated and addressed.

I'm an Injury Magnet!!!!

Arrrrggghhhh!!! why do i always get injured??
1st, I fractured my toe!!
2nd, i hit my knee during hi-jump. look at the pic below
now, i have this injury on my knee and elbow and my thigh hurts like hell!! arrrgghhh!!
I also have the 'osgood-schlatter "decease"' (they call it a decease but not really a decease). my right leg has a HUGE bump!! looks like alien T_T .

Ok. lets start in skool....skool sux....we pretty much did nothing in skool. kelvin n nicky got scolded because of talking "bad stuff". kelvin taught this...(Y)...look at it from a different point of view n u'll understand. tats bout all!

At home...nothing to do it's night n I havent done ANY work at all and its night T_T. at evening i played badminton wif my neighbor. He's like 10 times better than me but im 5 times better than jason still XD. anyway, im 1 of d best in skool along wif victor. NOT Jason. my neighbor owned me like 21-9, 21-14, 21-16, etc...wat to do....he's 15 for goodness sake.... thats all and ciao
